We strive to achieve our goals through consistency, dedication self-improvement, collaboration, collective thinking, and problem-solving. By promoting physical and mental strength, we aim to inspire and uplift individuals, helping them realize their full potential.
Matin Abdul Sakhile
Matin is the heart and soul of ONE STEP. With decades of martial arts experience as well as a deep knowledge of nutrition and the mechanics of the human body, Matin’s dedication is matched only by his empathy and patience.
