Are the classes hard?

That depends on how you define hard. Are you going to be pushed to your limits? Yes. And your limits are actually considerably further than you think they are. We always expect you to do your best. That means the best YOU can do, not the person next to you. ONE STEP is about INDIVIDUAL EFFORT in a COMMUNITY setting. It’s not about competition.

I'm not the skinniest kid on the block. Can I still participate?

By all mean, YES! This is what ONE STEP is all about. It’s about changing yourself ONE STEP at a time. And the first step is coming to your first class.
